The Cutest Rebbe

My Mom just told me a hilarious story about her Bubbe from Borough Park, Brooklyn, NY , more than a few years ago. It seems like Bubbe never really knew who Santa Claus was. Perhaps back in those days she didn't realize there was this "Christmas" relationship to the holiday season? So one day she comes home with a bunch of figurines for her whole family and states that "you wouldn't believe the cutest rebbe dressed in a red and white winter suit..."

My son is 3 years old and last year he really got into Hanukkah. I am wondering if he will be even more enthused about the holiday. My daughter was only an infant so we will see how she takes to the festival of lights...
